I specialise in and am passionate about a vast array of areas including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, obsessional thinking patterns, intrusive thoughts, grief, trauma, couples issues, relationship break-up process, work-related stress, work-life balance, work-assertive issues and bullying in the workplace.
I have always had a fascination with helping others to live their optimal lives. I strongly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of imparting crucial skills to people during difficult times in their lives in order to spark their sense of autonomy and empowerment.
Often work takes precedence over everything else in our lives. Our desire to succeed professionally can cause us to put our own well-being on the back burner. However, a harmonious work-life balance or work-life integration is critical to improving not only our physical, emotional and mental well-being, but also for our careers.
